Not what it says it is!

It says that it adjusts coolness but it doesn't the only thing you can adjust is the flavor! The reason I bought it is because it says it adjusts both! The flavor isn't bad strawberry banana but I'm disappointed I can't adjust coolness or airflow! That really makes me leary on ordering again!
